What payment methods are available? TOP
Paypal
Credit card payments processed through
the paypal website (you will be directed automatically at checkout if
you choose this option). You do not need to have a paypal account to use
this payment method. If you are an international
customer we will require that you use paypal as your payment method.
Direct Deposit
Payments can be transferred directly into
our bank account. Details will be available at checkout. It generally
takes 1-2 days for funds to clear (depending on who you bank with).
Money Order / Cheque

How and when will my order be shipped? TOP
We aim to have orders dispatched within 2 working days. Some orders eg: large quantities of fairy wand kits may take a little longer but we will advise you of the expected time frame for processing.
We have a flat rate of $7.50 for all orders within Australia. We ship using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (dependent on order size and destination).
If you have any questions regarding shipping and/or processing times,please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can i exchange or get a refund on my order? TOP
Please return item/s within 7 days from
date of invoice, freight prepaid, unopened/unused with brief details of
reason for return on the invoice you received with your goods.

We will exchange or credit the item/s
full purchase price less freight charges. For exchanged items a
resending freight charge will be payable.
Please note we will not accept any
return freight charges, unless the item returned is faulty or we have
been negligent in processing your order and provided an item other than
as ordered.

Yes, we ship overseas. Please contact us with the products you are interested in and we will provide you with a price and postage quote. All the prices on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST (goods & services tax). International orders will be exempt from GST.
