 Postage (within Australia)

All packages will be sent via the Australia Post network.

We have a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for orders within Australia. These orders will be sent by regular post.

Express post options are also available, and this will be calculated by the weight of your order.

Registered post is also available for a flat rate of $9.50 as another option for delivery of your products. This method gives peace of mind for the following reasons:

• A unique identification number for every article
• Proof of posting, when lodged at the Post Office counter
• A signature obtained on delivery
• Compensation of up to $100 is included

We are pleased to announce, we now ship overseas!

Postage costs will be calculated at the checkout, based on the weight of your order. You can check your postage cost at any time while shopping, simply by going to 'calculate shipping' at the top right hand corner, near the checkout box.

All products will be sent in their original packaging and then further packed for protection in a bag/box, we try to use recycled outer packaging where possible.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS / REFUNDS

Please return item/s within 7 days from date of invoice, freight prepaid, unopened/unused with brief details of reason for return on the invoice you received with your goods. 

Please contact us for return address details.

 We will exchange or credit the item/s full purchase price less freight charges. For exchanged items a resending freight charge will be payable.

 Please note we will not accept any return freight charges, unless the item returned is faulty or we have been negligent in processing your order and provided an item other than as ordered.

Payments

The following payment options are available:

 Paypal

Credit card payments processed through the paypal website (you will be directed automatically at checkout if you choose this option). You do not need to have a paypal account to use this payment method. If you are an international customer please use paypal as your payment method.

Direct Deposit

Payments can be transferred directly into our bank account. Details will be available at checkout. It generally takes 1-2 days for funds to clear (depending on who you bank with).

Money Order / Cheque

Money orders and cheques made out to Green Faery can be posted. Please contact us for details.

GST

GST only applies to Australian orders. For all international orders, the GST will automatically be removed at the checkout.
